My granddaughter and I stopped in on the way back from Mrs. Heather's Strawberry patch. We had a late lunch/early dinner. It was very good! We both enjoyed it!

Passing through town around lunch time and found this place. What a gem! It's exactly what you think of when you think of an old fashioned burger joint. The ladies at the counter were friendly, the food was fresh and homemade. I got the grilled chicken sandwich and my hubby got the burger, we upgraded to a combo with fries and drinks. After I paid but before I sat down to wait for my order, someone else's food order came up, and I saw their onion rings, I should have gotten the onion rings! They looked delicious, hand cut to order. Our food was hot & fresh and prepared reasonably quickly. Extra points given because the chicken breast was fully cooked and not dried out. It's a small seating area tables lined up around the room and a few in the middle. The next time we are in the area we will stop there again.

This is the Livingston parish icon restaurant. The wings are great. The roast beef Po boy with mustard is fabulous and just about anything else on the menu. Great place for people to go get fast food. It's better than the average.
